Jonathan Magoola Okalang

A seasoned demographer and M&E professional with 14 years of experience in program results management. Jonathan has led teams in design, implementation and program evaluations for HIV and AIDS prevention, care and treatment, reproductive, family planning, maternal and new born health, malaria, OVC, democratic rights and health systems strengthening.

His experience stems across programs funded by Bill and Melinda Gates, World bank, UN Agencies, Ministry of health and PEPFAR (CDC, USAID, DOD, STATE).

Mary Tinkamanyire

Mary is a statistician with over 9 years of experience in monitoring evaluation and research.

She has immense experience in results managements for health, supply chain, strategic communication and civic and democratic rights programs. Among other key funding agencies supported include: CBC, USAID, Elma Foundation, Democratic governance facility, World Bank, Global Fund and Planned Parenthood global (PPG).

Helen Namwanje K

I am a Qualitative Economist by Profession with 9 years of experience in program management and monitoring, evaluation and learning. Hellen has supported projects supported by CDC and USAID over the years.

Hellen has worked by PREFA, Mildmay Uganda, Sustain, USAID’s defeat TB and activity.


Nathan Lubowa
Chief/honorary member

Is a statistician by profession with 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, collaboration and adaptation of programs. Over time, Nathan has led M&E efforts with ministry of health Uganda and CDC funded projects at national and regional level. Key among other programs with results management streamlined include: HIV prevention, care and treatment, community health, health systems strengthening, and supply chain management programs.

Abbey Kabuga

An information management specialist with over 5 years of experience in program monitoring, evaluation and research. He has supported programs funded by CDC, KOIKA, and USAID.

Christian Mwebaza

Is a statistician with 8 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation, quality assurance and management. He has worked with several organisations such as Mildmay Uganda, AMREF, White Ribbon Alliance, and Musana Community Development Centre on programs in the areas of HIV and AIDS, reproductive health, advocacy and education. He holds a masters degree in M&E and public health.

Teddy Naddumba

A seasoned economist with 7 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning, having worked with Mildmay Uganda and Elizabeth glazer paediatric AIDS foundation. She has led M&E efforts for health systems strengthening, sexual and reproductive health and rights, OVC as well as integrated HIV preventions, care and treatment programs funded by USAID and CDC.

Janat Namirembe

A demographer and monitoring evaluation professional with over 7 years’ experience in results management for health, agriculture and livelihood programs. She has made a significant footprint with PACE/PSI-Uganda, Mildmay Uganda and International Fertiliser Development Centre.

Mulekwa Eliakimu Namooni

He is a population scientist by profession with over 12 years of experience in program management, monitoring, evaluation and research. His experience is spread across leading results management for local and international charity organisations in the fields of health, agriculture and education.
